AIR CANADA and POSTAL WORKERS SUPPORT RALLY
Dear Sisters and Brothers:
As you are aware, our 3800 sisters and brothers at Air Canada are on strike and have been threatened with back-to-work legislation within 15 hours of the strike commencing.
Canada Post (controlled by the government) has now locked out all CUPW members and once again, the Harper government has threatened to legislate them all back to work within hours of the announcement.
This is an unprecedented attack on workers and the right to free and fair collective bargaining and we need your support.
Please find attached a copy of our letter for a rally in support of CAW and CUPW members on the picket line.
