The twin girls in an apartment fire in Surrey January 4th, 2011 are the grandchildren of CAW 114 member Ted Granneman who works for Vitran. One of the girls passed away on Sunday January 9.
His work site is currently fundraising for the Children's Hospital ICU Unit. Local staff of 114 have also started to raise funds for the Children's ICU through the Local's office.
